STRICH Desktop & Rack Multi-Effects Pipe Tones Editorial Review
The STRICH Pipe Tones Pocket Multi Effects Guitar Pedal has garnered a largely positive reception from customers, who appreciate its impressive range of features at a budget-friendly price point. Users have praised its straightforward usability, making it a fun addition to both beginner and intermediate levels of musicianship. The pedal boasts 10 effect modules, 125 different effects, a 40-second looper, and 100 drum patterns, which significantly enhance its versatility. Many customers highlight the quality of the effects offered, particularly the amp and cab options, reverb, and delay settings, which yield excellent tones for the price. The inclusion of NAM files and a user-friendly Android app for programming further enrich the experience, allowing users to easily customize their sound. However, the pedal does have its limitations; some effects—especially modulation sounds like chorus and phaser—are noted to be weaker than competitors, and there can be issues with the tuner accuracy and the looper's usability. While some aspects demonstrate room for improvement, such as documentation and function accessibility due to limited button space, the overall sentiment reflects that the STRICH Pipe Tones represents tremendous value for money. Many users have indicated it surpasses their expectations as a backup rig or even as a primary effects unit. **
