If they prove unwilling, get in touch with which as they have a boiler plate set of actions on what to do in this situation. -

menjawab: Yes - the enclosed picture-based instructions show it drawing water from a butt, using the approved Karcher hose which has a filter at the suction end. It probably works just as well using a regular hose as long as your source is uncontaminated by debris. -
