Solgar Vitamin B-Complex "100" Extra High Potency Vegetable Capsules is a vegan supplement Consisting of B vitamins and other nutrients such as inositol, choline, and PABA, which work together with proteins in the various enzyme systems of the body. The dosage of each B vitamin is 100mg except for folic acid, B12, and biotin which are 400ug, 100ug, and 100ug respectively. These are effective for stress relief, support during menopause, and anxiety reduction. It's sugar, salt, and starch-free. The supplement's expiration date is in March 2021 depending on the batch number. Regarding the question of synthetic vitamins, the B complex vitamins on this supplement are water-soluble, and when the body fails to use them, it excretes them via urine. This product has been in use since the 1970s by bodybuilders, with great success. However, there are complaints about the dosage of the vitamins, with some people developing toxicity reactions, such as facial flushing and peripheral neuropathy.
