Blu-ray Editorial Review
**** The reception of the 4K UHD and Blu-ray release of *Hamilton: An American Musical* has been a mixed bag primarily due to factors related to its packaging and accessibility of its content. While the show itself has received unanimous praise for its innovative storytelling and vibrant performance, the physical product has faced criticism for its impractical design. Many users have highlighted the difficulty of removing the discs from their sleeves, raising concerns about potential scratches affecting playback. Despite the frustrations with the packaging, the standout quality of the video and audio has been frequently commended, with many viewers noting that the experience of watching the musical in high definition is unmatched. The inclusion of bonus documentaries and features also adds value to the collection, allowing fans to delve deeper into the making of the musical. However, some have pointed out the lack of a digital download option and missing bonus features that were available in the Disney Plus version. Ultimately, fans of the musical will likely appreciate the fantastic production values, but potential buyers should be cautious about the troublesome packaging design. **
