Just make sure your hose has that button to hold it in place because it won't stay on with a friction type hose. -

However, some customers have noted that dust and pet hair get trapped in the bristles, requiring constant cleaning. The bristles are also quite soft, causing them to flatten and scrape along the floor with any amount of weight or pressure. Overall, it is a decent tool for vacuuming hard floors, but not as effective as the original attachment that came with the NuTone.
