The Capresso Cafe Select Professional Stainless Steel Espresso and Cappuccino Machine comes with a double spout portafilter, one pressurized basket and one plastic scoop/tamper. It is possible to make a single espresso by either filling the basket with less coffee or by purchasing a smaller filter basket. The water chamber is plastic. This machine does not have the ability to back flush for cleaning purposes. A bottomless or non-pressurized filter can be used.
