PZRT T-Nuts Editorial Review
This product has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers found that the product fulfilled their needs, however, 30% of the T-slot nuts had bad threading, burs or no threading at all. The clearance on Series 6 Misumi extrusion is a little shallow when used with Misumi single tabbed reversal joints, but a parametric shim helped expand the clearance. Some customers found that tapping the T-slot nuts improved the threading quality. The T-slot nuts are great for 3030 T-slot from 80/20 inc. They always orient themselves properly in the slot when tightened and don't have to be slid in from the ends. Some customers received mixed nuts with both M5 and M6 sizes. Overall, these T-nuts are good quality for use on a hypercube and zaribo mk3 build or attaching lock-down feet to a Prusa i3 MK3 3D printer.
