- Keep your swim spas and hot tubs in great condition with the FROG @ease Test Strips. FROG @ease Test Strips are specially designed to let you know when your SmartChlor Cartridge is empty. There is no need to measure the level of chlorine because SmartChlor, a unique, patented type of chlorine, self-regulates and keeps a consistent low level of chlorine. FROG @ease Test Strips have a single match color “Out Indicator” that shows when the SmartChlor Cartridge needs to be replaced. They also show Total Alkalinity, pH, and Total Hardness levels. To use, dip the FROG @ease Test Strip into the water for two seconds, remove with the pads facing up, shake once to remove the water on the Test Strip and hold it next to the color chart on the back of the bottle to compare colors. Each Test Strip bottle contains 30 FROG @ease Test Strips. FROG @ease Test Strips should be used only with FROG @ease systems.
