The FLEXCUT Spoon Carvin' Jack JKN96 is a high-quality carving knife that comes razor sharp and holds an edge well. It is sturdy and makes carving concave impressions in wood easy. It is also easy to sharpen and very convenient to carry. The locking mechanism is secure and easy to operate. The grip is nicely shaped, and the blades are extremely sharp. The only downside is that the detail blade is long, and the substantial handle makes using the base of the blade difficult. The smaller hook knife works well, but the larger hook knife seems completely useless. Despite this, it is an excellent tool to have for making small rounded items such as spoons and bowls.
