VESSEL Screwdriver Sets TD-800 Editorial Review
The Vessel TD-800 is a set of 8 interchangeable precision screwdrivers with a plastic handle and holder. The set includes #1, 2, and 0 Phillips, 2.5, 4, and 6 mm flathead, a pin puller, and an awl bit. The product is conveniently packed in its own see-through plastic container, making it easy to organize and carry around. The tips are of excellent quality, and the product is well made. However, the product is Made in Thailand, not in Japan, and it has a softer steel grade than other Vessel offerings. The handle is light and hollow, which may not work well for heavier duty work. Still, for light-duty use, the product works wonders. In terms of design and convenience, this product has it all. The built-in narrow handles around the shafts make it easy to use even without the handle. Also, the plastic parts are of tight fit, and it looks nice as a unit. Overall, the Vessel TD-800 is a fantastic product to keep in your vehicle or junk drawer, especially if you're tinkering with old Japanese cameras and lenses. I recommend it for light duty use.
