Answer: If you are putting them in a saddlebag I would go with nothing smaller than a 500 watt amp. I would prefer me personally 1000 you can always go bigger than what you need in case you need to add speakers later but you don't want to have to buy a bigger amp each time you decide to add speaker. -

What stereo will work with these speakers?
Answer: The important part is to pay attention to the ohm capacity of what you are connecting them to. These are 2ohm which means they will work well with any 2ohm system. With or without an amplifier. If you push anything higher (like 4 ohm) then they will not handle it well. Best case they sound bad. Worst and you'll burn them out depending on how much you push them. -
